2024 COMPETITION RULES

Article 1: Purpose

Le Jardin de Valombreuse, S.A.S, with share capital of 1,000 euros, headquartered at 36 RUE DE LA CHAPELLE 97122 BAIE-MAHAULT, represented by Mr Franck Chaulet, Chairman. SIRET number: 84373574700019.

The Zoo de Guadeloupe, S.A.S Parc des Mamelles, with a share capital of 91 470,00 euros, whose head office is located : route de la traversée 97125 Bouillante (Guadeloupe), represented by Mrs Angélique Chaulet, President Organize in Guadeloupe a free contest on terminal on the occasion of a show and without obligation of purchase under the conditions envisaged in the present rules.

Drawing scheduled for May 5, 2024, this contest runs from 02/05/2024 to 04/05/2024 8:30pm.

The 21 winners will receive the following prizes:

● 1 return ticket to Paris from Guadeloupe (for the 1st winner drawn at random) with a retail value of 280 euros.

● 1 entry to the Vallombreuse garden (10 entries to be won in total for the next 10 winners in order of draw), retail value of entry 16.50 euros.

● 1 entry to the Guadeloupe zoo (10 entries to be won in total for the next 10 winners in order of draw), retail value of entry 17.50 euros.

Article 2: Conditions of participation

These games are open to all individuals, over 18 years of age, domiciled in France with an Internet connection and a valid e-mail address, with the exception of those associated with the Jardin de Balata, the Zoo de Martinique, the Zoo de Guadeloupe, the Zoo de Guyane, the Jardin de Valombreuse, the Tapeur, the Akropark, the Musée du café, the Habitation côte-sous-le-vent, Groupe TFP, Groupe Frangel and affiliated companies (members of the company's staff and employees (hereinafter "the participant").

To participate in the game and try to win the prize, in addition to the conditions defined in Article 1 above, each participant must comply with the following conditions of participation:

● Visit the kiosk at the "Bienvenue les îles de Guadeloupe" exhibition stand in Destreland

● Read and accept the rules without reservation,

● Fill in the contact form and validate it

At the end of the game, a draw will be made by a depotjeux agent and deposited with a bailiff. This draw will designate 21 winners. The winners will receive a gift voucher by e-mail (to the address given by the Participant at the time of entry). Participants must inform the organizers of any changes to their personal data by contacting the relevant department: Latitude Co, to the attention of : Gérald Maître, 36 rue de la chapelle, Imm. Article 3: Terms of participation

Each Participant must follow the participation procedures indicated on the terminal. Only one entry per person (same e-mail address) will be accepted. Incomplete entries will not be taken into account. It is strictly forbidden to capture e-mails, to register fictitious friends or friends who have no connection with the participant.

Article 4: Designation of winners

The designation will be made by a draw carried out on May 5, 2024 by a depotjeux agent and deposited with a bailiff.

Article 5: Prizes

The winners will receive their prize by e-mail. The prize includes:

- 1 round-trip Paris ticket from Guadeloupe, Pointe à Pitre / Pôle Caraïbes airport, valid for 3 months from date of issue.

Conditions:

Return ticket Paris Economy Class. Tickets are subject to conditions and availability. Tickets are valid for three (3) months from the date of issue. They are non-transferable and non-changeable after issue, and the value of the prize may under no circumstances be claimed in cash or in exchange for any other goods or services. A winning voucher summarizing the terms and conditions will be sent to you by e-mail and you will be given the contact details of the Corsair department to contact in order to use this prize.

OR

- 1 entry to the Jardin de Valombreuse valid for 1 day - usable up to 3 months after the issue date.

OR

- 1 entry to the Guadeloupe Zoo valid for 1 day - usable up to 3 months after the issue date.

The organizing company reserves the right to replace the prizes and/or the composition of the batch of products initially envisaged by other prizes of equivalent value, and this without any claim being able to be formulated in this respect.

Under no circumstances may the winner demand monetary compensation, reimbursement or exchange of the prize.

Article 6: Delivery of the prize

The winner will be drawn at random from the list of people who meet the conditions set out in article 2. The winner will be contacted by e-mail or telephone. The winner will receive their prize within one month of the results being announced. The prize will be sent by e-mail to the winner and does not include hand delivery of the prize.

In the absence of valid contact information, the prize cannot be awarded to the winner.

The organising company reserves the right to consider as invalid any registration with a far-fetched, partial, incomplete or totally erroneous content. The organizing company reserves the right to ask the winner for proof of identity and address to confirm the validity of the participant's entry.

No message will be delivered to the losers. Under no circumstances may the prize won be exchanged or taken back for any other article or other prize or for cash.

Article 7: Moderation and publication of comments

Each Participant is responsible, as the author, for the content he/she submits to the game. In this respect, the Participant guarantees that he/she holds all rights to this information. Consequently, the organizers cannot be held responsible for any prejudice suffered by the Participant.

By entering the contest, each Participant grants a limited license to Corsair, the Zoo de Guadeloupe and the Jardin de Valombreuse to use, represent, reproduce and distribute their contact information. The license granted in the context of the competition is worldwide, non-exclusive and free of copyright. Under no circumstances does the license give the organizers the right to sell the contact details collected.

Article 8: Protection of personal data

Personal information is processed by Latitude Co. for the purposes of organizing and managing the game (in particular participation in the game, designation of winners, awarding of prizes).

Personal information collected in the context of this game is processed in accordance with the French law of January 6, 1978 on "information and freedom". In accordance with article 34 of this law, all participants have the right to access, rectify or withdraw data concerning them, by e-mail to: jeuconcours@latitude-co.com

This information is strictly necessary for the execution of the game in which participants are taking part. In accordance with the regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, Participants have various rights, including a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition to the processing of their data.

The personal data collected as part of participation in the game are recorded and used by the organizer for the purposes of their participation and the awarding of their winnings.

Participants may ask not to be included or to be removed from the file at any time, they will benefit from a right of access to rectify and delete data concerning them by simple request to the game address in accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, amended by Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004 on and the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and Decree No. 2005-1309 of October 20, 2005.

Persons who exercise their right to have their data deleted before the end of the game will be deemed to have waived their right to participate.

All requests must be sent by post to the organizer's address mentioned in article 1.

The personal data collected by the organizing company (surname, first name, postal address and email address of participants, etc.) during participation in the competition are collected and processed solely for the purpose of organizing and running the competition, and in particular for the purpose of awarding prizes. They will only be stored and kept to ensure the smooth running of the game and for a maximum period of 6 months from the end of the operation. Your personal data will be destroyed at the end of this period.

For the organization of the Game and for the sole purpose of contacting the Winner, the Organizing Company will have access to the personal details of the Participants, the Winner and the Beneficiary. Article 9: Modification of the game

The organizing company reserves the right at any time, in particular in the event of force majeure, to modify, postpone, extend, shorten, suspend or cancel the competition without prior notice, without being held liable for doing so, or for any difficulties with connections or Internet access, whatever the cause.

Participants agree to release the organizing company and its partners, managers and employees from all liability, harm, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from this draw.

No compensation may be claimed by Participants.

Article 10: Participation fees

In the current state of offers and services and technology, it is expressly agreed that any access to the contest made on the basis of a free or flat-rate connection offered by the Participant's Internet service provider, will not give rise to any reimbursement insofar as Internet access is contracted in the general interest of the Participant without the connection to the site causing any additional costs or expenses.

Article 11: Limits of liability

Participation in this game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, particularly with regard to performance or technical malfunctions, and the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of the game in the event of force majeure. It is the responsibility of each participant to take appropriate measures to protect his/her own data and/or software stored on his/her computer equipment against any attack. Connection to the Internet and participation in the game are the sole responsibility of the Participant.

Article 12: Intellectual property

The reproduction and representation of all or part of the elements making up the competition are prohibited.

Article 13: Filing and availability of the rules

The rules can be consulted free of charge at any time on the Jardin de Valombreuse website www.valombreuse.com/jeuconcours via the link on the competition post until: 05/05/2024 date on which the landing page will be removed). This agreement may be modified in the form of an amendment, subject to compliance with the conditions set out. It will come into force when it is put online, and all participants will be deemed to have accepted it simply by participating in the game, from the date the modification comes into force. Any participant refusing to accept the modification(s) must cease to take part in the competition.

The present rules are deposited via depotjeux with the office of Maitre Doniol, 7 rue Jean Jaurès, CLAYE SOUILLY (77410), bailiff.

The rules may be consulted free of charge for the duration of the game at the following address: http: //www.depotjeux.com/. Participation in the game implies pure and simple acceptance of the present rules in all their provisions, as well as the laws and regulations applicable to competitions in force in France.

The rules may be amended at any time in the form of a rider by the organizers, in compliance with the conditions set out, and published by online announcement on the site. The amendment is filed via depotjeux at the office of Maitre Doniol located 7 rue Jean Jaurès in CLAYE SOUILLY (77410), bailiffs, custodians of the rules before publication.

It will come into force as soon as it is posted online, and all Participants will be deemed to have accepted it simply by taking part in the Game, from the date on which the modification comes into force. Any Participant refusing to accept the modification(s) shall cease to participate in the Game.

Article 14: Applicable law

These rules are governed by French law. If it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever in participation in the game and / or the determination of the winner, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the game and reserves the right not to award the prize to the fraudster (s) and to prosecute the perpetrators of fraud before the competent courts.

These Rules are governed exclusively by French law.
